Hello and welcome! My name is Gulia Lewis and I am a Clinical Psychologist and a Professional Transformation Coach. Originally from Russia, I’ve been happily living in Namibia since 2015 with my family, including three children and our cat.
My journey into psychology began in my early teens, sparked by a deep curiosity about human behavior. This passion led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ulyanovsk State University (Russia, 2006), along with a diploma in Professional Translation (Russian-English). Over the years, I’ve been particularly drawn to understanding and helping those struggling with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. In 2014, I completed my Master’s in Clinical Psychology and became a qualified Gestalt Therapist, embracing a holistic approach to mental health.

After moving to Namibia, I had the privilege of working as an intern Clinical Psychologist at the Ministry of Health and Social Security, Mental Health Unit. There, I gained invaluable experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, managing both acute and chronic cases, including civil and forensic psychiatry.
In 2019, I joined “Let’s Talk Psychologists” as a Clinical Psychologist and Supervisor. Since 2021, I’ve been running my private practice, working with clients from a range of sectors, including the Ministry of International Affairs, Bank of Namibia, Standard Bank, Scenic Air, Round Table, and others.
More recently, in January 2024, I qualified as a Specialist in Neuropsychological Diagnostics and Correction in childhood. In August of the same year, I completed an intensive program at Erickson Coaching International (Canada) and became a Transformation Coach. My goal is to help clients break through barriers, broaden their perspectives, and achieve their fullest potential, whether in life or business.
I believe we all do the best we can until we learn a better way forward. Sometimes, we just need someone to listen, reflect our strengths, and help us stay accountable to our own highest values and dreams.

«You have to leap before you can fly»…
And I will hold the space for you to gain the perspective and find your strength and courage. I look forward to connecting with you on your journey.
